As you know, Chinese tea is a kind of tea from China. Many people would like drink tea in China, but most of them are old and middle-aged people. Many younger people don't like the tea's bitter taste and for them, the soft-drink taste is better than tea.
I am a young person, but I like Chinese tea. Tea makes you feel conscious. Yep. I think you might say that coffee could make people feel conscious as well, but coffee causes people to feel anxious too.Tea doesn't make you feel anxious and that is why many people drink tea instead of coffee in China.
In the Chinese custom, tea often links up knowlage and good education because intellectuals usually like tea. In the Chinese mind, they would wear glasses and have a cup of tea on their desk.
As I said, I like Chinese tea, but I am not all of those kinds. I like jasmine tea best, because of its good smell. Next I like green tea and then red tea. Each of them has its own characteristics. Jasmine tea is very pure and fresh. You could smell the jasmine scent from the tea, because people put some jasmine into the tea when it was processed. Green tea is more bitter than jasmine, but it is the major tea of China. Yes,it is bitter, but you can taste the sweet after the bitter, and the sweet is not like sugar. The red tea is different than the jasmine and green. I like to drink the red tea with lemon and suger. The taste is very good. It has a fruit's scent and the sweet of suger.
If you feel the tea is bitter, I think the jasmine and red tea would suit you because it is not as bitter as green tea. I think you could try those kinds of tea. I feel you would like one or both of them.
But the title “Chinese Tea” of my blog doesn't mean that the blog is about Chinese tea or any tea.The blog is about my Chinese life, Chinese customs and anything of China. As you know, Chinese tea is very famous in the world and Chinese often chat with other while drinking tea. So, the title of my blog is “Chinese Tea”.
Now I would like to take you on a journey through Chinese customs.Hope you enjoy the journey.
Good luck to you.
